Service Description

If you like to move first thing in the morning, when the world and the mind are still relatively quiet, this class is for you! It's a 60-min vinyasa style class focussing on gently energising the body, with some play and exploration, which should set you up for the day :). Make sure you come hydrated and have moved a little before the class (ideally, you won't have just got up from bed :). Some people prefer to practice on an empty stomach, but if you feel that you need to eat something small, a rice cake and/or a piece of banana or something similar may get you through.

Cancellation Policy

Single class Classes booked online may be cancelled at no cost until 24 hours prior to the class planned start via this booking system, or by emailing me on lucy@unbound.yoga. In case of timely cancellation, a credit for the same class type will be refunded to your account with a one month expiration. A cash refund can be requested by email. In case of late cancellation (within 24 hours of the start of class), missed bookings, or a no-show, the payment for the class will normally not be refunded. However, unexpected things sometimes happen, and if you get in touch with me, we can discuss the option to use the credit on another class, if available. If you have booked onto a free class (where available), and you are no longer able to attend, please cancel as soon as possible, so that the space can be given to someone else. Class Packages Class packages can only be used by the named person, and are normally non-refundable. However, should you need to cancel a class in line with the cancellation policy (at least 24 hours ahead of the class), I will do my best to offer you an alternative class, if possible. Packages are subject to expiration dates indicated at purchase.
